Can I send in my knife for Repair or Servicing?

Absolutely! Each Emerson Knife has a lifetime warranty which will cover issues such as lock-up problems, blade play, blade alignment, or hardware issues. The warranty does not cover a broken blade, a chipped blade or any damage done by using it out of its intended purpose. We offer a sharpening service for only knives manufactured by Emerson. Please note that any modification to your knife outside of Emerson will void your warranty coverage. 

Whatever the case, all you will need to do is print and completely fill out our Service/Repair Form and send it in to us along with your knife(s). Once we receive the knife, it will go through a check-in process and be placed in a queue. You will receive a check-in email verifying the issues and an estimated time you should expect us to have your knife for.

Should there be any issues, we will contact you before doing anything to your knife. We will call or email you for payment info once work is done, nor will you be charged before work is done.

CUSTOM KNIVES WILL GO THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE A 6+ MONTH WAIT TIME FOR SERVICING.
