Everyone Needs Heroes

“This is a very special auction for a very special reason. The Xtreme Couture G.I. Foundation. We have put together a very special and unique knife and custom jacket combination with our friend, MMA & UFC Legend, Randy Couture and Affliction Clothing. The knife is a special one that was made by us and actually built by Randy Couture himself right here in our shop. It is a Freedom Defender Flipper and is hand signed by both Randy Couture and myself. The jacket is a one-of-a-kind custom creation by Affliction Clothing. It is heavy and tough with a custom logo on the back. What a perfect compliment these two items are to each other.

Every penny from this auction will go directly from you to the family of a wounded or disabled G.I. in their time of need. Their time in war may be over but the battle that they now face is still as tough. They are still in a battle to get back on their feet, to keep their job, and to keep their house as well as care for their family. Sometimes the cost of medical treatment alone has cost these young men and women tens of thousands of dollars. Money that they never had in the first place. Let’s do what we can to help them out. Be generous. If you can’t afford to bid, send a donation anyway. It’s all going to them. $5, $10 or $50- Every dollar will help.

When I first met Randy to work on this project, I told him it was an honor and that he was one of my heroes. Randy said, “Thanks but the real heroes are the G.I.s we are doing this for.” He was right.”

THE AUCTION

100% of the proceeds from the Affliction and Emerson Knives Auction will be donated to The Xtreme Couture GI Foundation

This auction is for a custom Affliction Leather Jacket and a Freedom Defender CQC-7 Flipper knife. Both items are hand signed by Randy Couture and Ernest Emerson. The bidding will start at $1500.00.The Custom Leather Jacket will be made once the winner's size is determined.

THE CHARITY

The Xtreme Couture GI Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, was founded by Randy Couture in 2009 to honor the veterans of America’s armed forces. The foundation was specifically formed to raise money and awareness for those wounded in action and for their families.

Many of the injuries are traumatic amputations, gunshot wounds, burns and blast injuries that will retire these brave men and woman from the armed forces. Yet, even though some of these men and woman are severely injured, they have the courage, strength and determination to win this battle..

Why Donate to Us

This is simple , we are a smaller Non-Profit which means 100% of all proceeds that we raise goes directly into the hands of our wounded in action that need an extra boost in their time of need, above what the government provides. Each year Randy Couture visits the military hospitals and personally donates checks.

How we work

We are a small non-profit without the blurred lines of where your money is going after you make a donation. It’s simple, we are not a paid staff so after event and marketing expenses, 100% of your money is helping a soldier’s family or a soldier directly.
