This is a unique knife. Mr. Emerson posts the challenge right up front. You’ll either love it or not. I hesitated for a while before getting one to try. It’s quickly become my favorite. The size and balance of the knife, the movements with the knife are just natural and excellent. It’s built impress, no matter which end of the knife you find yourself. the cutting curves are always ready to work without getting hung up. It is a very special and very useful design.
