I've owned and heavily used this knife since 2010. I carried it in both active military service and on civilian duty. It fits perfectly in an M4 magazine pouch or even inside a front pants pocket. I've used it to baton wood for fires many, many times. I've beaten the hell out of it. I've had it sit in a go back for years as well. Through 13 years of off and on heavy use, the only thing that ever happened was the handle scales needed to be re-tightened. The blade coating took a long time to take the worthy wear it now has. The sheath is excellent and still clicks in as good as the day I bought it. The blade re-sharpens to a razors edge with ease and the thing had never rusted despite many trips through the woods in winter and periods of neglect. It is easy to carry and invincible. It is at home in the woods or on duty.

I bought this knife along with the Government Mule. And I'm going to be returning this knife, but still giving it a 5-star review…Why? Read on!
First, the reason for my return…I have larger hands, and unfortunately this knife's handle is JUST a little too short for me to get a secure grip. Since I was going to be relying on this knife heavily, I didn't want to risk it. So I had to box it up within minutes of getting it. I'm heartbroken over it because this knife is absolutely perfect.
The design and shape of the blade are probably my favorite out of my entire collection. There's just something about it that is beautifully functional to me. Fit and finish are superb. The knife is just wonderful in every way. It is light, sturdy, compact and concealable. This would make a superb EDC knife, and supplement any go-pack/get home pack or anything like it in a big way.
The handle is slim, comfortable, and textured JUST enough to give you some great grip but won't chew up your hand over long sessions. The sheath is superb, fits tight and allows you to carry it in any orientation without fear of losing it.
That's about it folks. If you're looking for a fantastic all-around knife, you will be well served with this beauty. I'm crushed that I can't keep it, but I'm thrilled that its bigger brother fits the bill flawlessly for my hands and needs.

Awesome EDC option for those preferring a fixed blade. Not to big, but but big enough to be useful. The new dimples handles are great!

Is there a window punch on this?

Not on this model. But we are planning to add that option to a few models.

Fantastic fixed blade. I use the sheath to lock it on my belt upside down and never worry about it slipping out. Also can convert to a boot knife – just 2 Phillips screws to remove from the sheath and drop in boot.
