Non-Serviceable Knives:
- Knives customized or altered outside our factory, including custom handles.
- Knives not manufactured by Emerson Knives, Inc.
- Emerson collaborations (e.g., Emerson Kershaw, Benchmade, Protech, Multitasker).
Our Guarantee
Thank you for choosing Emerson Knives. We use advanced design, premium materials, and expert craftsmanship to ensure your knife provides long-lasting performance.
Your Emerson knife is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship and comes with a
limited lifetime warranty.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Abuse beyond normal wear and tear.
- Use exceeding the intended parameters of a folding knife.
- Customizations, repairs, or modifications performed outside of Emerson Knives, Inc.
We retain sole discretion to determine whether a knife will be repaired or replaced. Replacement parts may be substituted with new or updated components as needed.
Warranty Coverage

Who Is Covered: The original owner.

What Is Covered: Defective knives, as determined by Emerson Knives.

What Is Included: Parts replacement and labor at no charge.
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Resharpening.
- Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or failure to perform maintenance.
- Shipping costs for returned knives.
Return Process
To request warranty service:
- Ship the knife prepaid and insured.
- Include a detailed description of the issue.
- Emerson Knives will assess and repair or replace the knife at our discretion.

Compliance Responsibility: Knife owners must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, carry, use, and resale of Emerson Knives products. We are not responsible for legal violations.

Misuse & Injuries: Any use beyond cutting is considered misuse and voids the warranty. Emerson Knives is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or abuse.
