Holiday Shipping Deadlines
- Orders are processed within
24 hours of placement, Monday through Thursday.
- Orders placed before
10:00 AM PST on these days will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after
10:00 AM PST on Thursday will ship the following
Monday/Tuesday.
- Custom options (e.g., serrations, colored handles) add an extra processing day.
- Christmas Hours:
- Closed from
December 24th to January 6th.
- Orders placed after
December 23rd will ship starting the week of January 6th.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders typically take up to

- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping
- Address Accuracy: Verify all details carefully before placing your order. We cannot modify orders once submitted.
- Shipping Carriers:
- US Mail and
limited UPS Shipping (for continental US only).
- No shipping to PO Boxes, hotels, or freight forwarders.
- Free shipping, when offered, uses the most economical insured method (usually First Class Mail, taking 7+ business days).
- Orders with customizations (e.g., serrations, drill & tap) may experience minor delays.
- Cutoff Times:
- Orders placed after
11:30 AM PST will process the next business day.
- Orders placed on Thursday ship the following Monday.
Membership Orders: May require an additional 1–2 days for document preparation.
- Expedited Shipping:
- 2nd Day delivery is via UPS but excludes weekend delivery.
- Orders placed on Thursday using 2nd Day delivery will arrive the following week.
Important: We will not refund or replace shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to locations outside the US, including US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).
- Customs & Duties:
- Buyers are responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes.
- Customs delays may occur, and additional charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- We do not refund or replace international shipments that fail to reach their destination (e.g., held by customs, lost, seized, or damaged).
Final Reminders
- Shop early to ensure delivery by Christmas!
- Orders flagged for freight forwarding will be canceled and refunded.
- FPO/APO addresses are accepted.
