Emerson Balisong Series
The Emerson Balisong Series was long requested by die-hard Emerson fans. Not many people know that one of the first knives Ernest Emerson ever made by hand was a balisong! Unfortunately, California laws prohibit us from selling butterfly knives, so our friends at Blade HQ offered to do that for us. We currently offer four different blade styles for the Balisong Series.

So alot of the balisong community seems to be sleeping on these. I bought a cqc7 with the wave feature when they were first released and I wasn't super thrilled about price vs materials but the thing could flip better than a 51 for sure. I'm not an Emerson fanboy and I unfortunately ended up trading it off for a different knife I was drooling over but now that these are being made again i am most definitely going for a commander blade. The weight was perfect latch was good enough that I didn't have to remove it unlike a certain three lettered company. This maker is more than established and has a warranty service. American made too many pros for me to be put off by materials and really the only thing I would change is block spacers oppose to barrel; But hey what you gonna do. This guy uses normal flathead and Philips hardware Wich to me is way easier I have alot more of those than t10 bits. You can still anodize the liners as they are titanium. For a first time release on the Bali market Emerson did much better than others *cough*brous *cough*. If you want a good Bali this is on of the best production ones available in my opinion and at one point I owned all the major names work out there.
