This is a beautiful knife that fits well in the hand. It is a little small for utility work and the guards/blade catchers are generously sized so further get in the way for that kind if use. This knife seems designed as a small, easy to carry self-defense fighter knife and if that is what you want, this fits the bill. Too large for a neck knife but easily concealable as an inside waistband carry.
