black everything…no serr
Love the way the blade looks
Definitely a big blade to hold…Personally wouldn’t consider it an EDC
Neg- Quality of assembly was not nearly as good as the commander or the 15 I had ordered. I am hoping this is only because i have an early production of it because i would like to also buy the ETAK B
Fletcher – May 16, 2014:
I received the tan handle stonewashed plain edge variant. It was the smoothest opening out of the box Emerson I have ever owned. The wave is huge and very usable. This is a big knife and I love it. This knife is quickly becoming my favorite folder. I am already planning on ordering the tanto version. This is a bad ass knife.

I wish they wouldn’t discontinue this one. I have both the ETAK A and B. While the B penetrates way better as a weapon. The hunting blade shape of the A has more utilitarian use.
Previously available only in a fixed blade version from the Emerson Handmade Custom line. It is a bit of a “specialized” knife but it works so good in the hand!
The Commander dressed in Jungle Green G10 for the first time. Only from Emerson Knives.
Previously available only to military and law enforcement personnel who had completed the training evaluations, they are now available to the general public.
