The wait is the longest if you’ve never seen one in person. I was issued the SARK model and carried my own two Strider Knives, a custom folder and a fixed blade, while serving in the U.S Navy. Now as a civilian, my needs have changed slightly and the UBR fit the bill perfectly. It’s light, balanced and precise if you need a fixed blade but don’t have room to carry one get the UBR Commander. The UBR works well if you’re dressed down as well especially if you’re in a bind. My wife even like’s it and is pushing for one for her birthday. This is another home run from the Emerson camp. Job well done!

The biggest knife that you’ll ever need; well made, solid, easy to use. It fits comfortably in you’re front pocket; as long as you have big pockets. If I ever saw one in the hands of a trained opponent, I’d ensure that I was ready to meet my maker. If you lose a fight with this knife in your hand, it won’t be the knife’s fault.
